During his tenure with Brookhaven Police Department, Kevin demonstrated leadership in managing community programs such as Faith & Blue and Citizen’s Police Academy, while also designing and implementing training programs on de-escalation, case law, and tactical concepts. His innovative Defensive Tactics program earned him the 2019 Meritorious Service Award, and his commitment to community engagement was recognized with the 2021 Chief’s Award.

His career highlights include managing budgets of up to $370M and leading teams of over 700 employees within the City of Houston’s Wastewater Operations Branch.

Jason is a proven entrepreneur, owning and operating diverse businesses, including Evolution Fitness and Wellness, where he excels in finance, client care, and system automation. His common-sense approach to problem-solving and ability to balance daily operations with long-term vision make him a valuable asset to our organization.

Jason is also a seasoned public speaker, having presented at numerous conferences and civic events, including those sponsored by the University of Houston, the Water Environment Association of Texas, and the Buffalo Preservation Association. His technical expertise and leadership skills align with our mission to empower youth and build strong, resilient communities.
