what you'll do

Various key responsibilities include:

Supporting Coaches/Mentors: Assist the Coach/Mentor in facilitating sports activities, providing guidance, and helping participants stay engaged and safe during sessions.
Facilitating Sports Activities: Plan and lead sports sessions focused on teamwork, leadership, and skill-building while ensuring age-appropriate instruction. (Coaching / Mentor)
Supervision: Monitor participants during activities and breaks, ensuring safety, behavior management, and positive interaction among participants.
Fostering a Positive Environment: Encourage teamwork, leadership, and personal growth among the youth, supporting the overall goals of the program.
Tracking Participant Progress: Help the Coach/Mentor in observing and documenting participant development, providing feedback to support their growth.
Adapting as Needed: Step in to help with activities or provide additional support to participants when needed.
Maintaining Certifications and Background Check Compliance: Stay current with CPR/First Aid certification, complete child safety and abuse prevention training, and pass a comprehensive background check.
Special Skills: Expertise in marketing, graphic design, event planning, legal, finance and more.
